That means that if you find a manufacturing defect with your shoes, let us know and we will either repair it or remake your shoe at our cost. Furthermore, we will also cover any courier cost to ship the shoes from you and then back to you. That is our service guarantee. Don’t forget we also offer a custom design service where you can create your own shoe design. You can share with us a photo of your design and we can arrange a shoe fitting, in store, so that your shoe is made to fit your feet. You will never experience a more comfortable shoe than one that is custom made just for you. Once we have the measurements of your feet on file , you can call us from anywhere in the world and ask us to make any design for you.
